Your Best Bet: Blueberries or Raspberries?
It's finally springtime! Which means it's the season for getting your fill of juicy, fresh fruit. Two of my favorites are blueberries and raspberries, both fantastic options for dancers. But I was curious: Which gives you more nutritional bang for your buck? In Pointe's April/May issue we broke down the details.

That's raspberries for the win: They've got more satiating fiber and immune-boosting vitamin C, as well as fewer calories and sugar. However, both choices are antioxidant superstars, and will help your body fight inflammation. So whichever berry you enjoy most, give yourself permission to indulge!
