How to Cope When You’re Rejected From a Summer Intensive You’ve Been Accepted to Before

In a large, white-walled dance studio, a teenage male ballet student in a white T-shirt, black tights, and white socks and ballet slippers, does a développé devant with his right leg and holds onto a portable barre with his left hand. Next to him on his right, Arantxa Ochoa, dressed in a leotard, skirt and tights, lightly touches him on the back to correct his placement. Other dancers perform the same exercise on the other side of the barre.
