In Muse Paradox, Brett Fukuda Reinterprets Balanchine’s Apollo Using a Female Perspective

In a spacious, all-white dance studio, three male and one female dancer rehearse a new take on "Apollo" with the woman as the central figure. The men lean in toward her in crouches and lunges, and she peers through the negative space left by their arms, circling her head.
