New York Theatre Ballet Hits Movie Theaters

November 28, 2001

Perhaps taking its cue from the Metropolitan Opera, whose recent movie theater simulcasts have sold out across the country, the New York Theatre Ballet is making its big-screen debut. Beginning August 13, movie-going audiences can get a behind-the-scenes look at some of the company’s biggest productions. Watch dancers, choreographers and set and wardrobe designers work together to stage Cinderella, The Sleeping Beauty and The Nutcracker.
