This Dad Performing His Daughter's Dance Routine Will Give You All the Father's Day Feels
Stage fright is no joke! Any dancer who’s experienced the sudden whirl of butterflies in the stomach that can make you feel slightly nauseous will agree that those nerves can hamper your performance, no matter how many hours you’ve practiced. So we can totally relate to the tears shed by this tiny toddler as she practices her dance on stage for the first time.
2-year-old Bella Daniels was crying with stage fright at her first dance recital when her father, Marc Daniels, appeared on stage to execute the dance routine alongside Bella and the other young dancers. With a baby on his hip, Daniels performs all the choreographed moves like a pro, encouraging his daughter to follow his example. Having her dad beside her gave Bella the courage to dance, even if it was only for a few seconds.
“I asked if she wanted to dance with Daddy and she nodded, so I thought I’d join in,” Daniels told Caters News. “I’ve practiced with them at home on many occasions so it wasn’t unfamiliar to me.”
We can’t get over the sweet gesture from this dancing dad and with Father’s Day around the corner we definitely think he’s in the running for the title of “World’s Best Dad.”
