Linnea Swarting

Linnea Swarting is a dancer with Georgia Dance Theatre. Originally from New Canaan, CT, she trained at New England Academy of Dance and privately with Christina Fagundes before graduating from University of North Carolina School of the Arts High School Program. She finished her training at Boston Ballet School and School of Nashville Ballet. Before joining Georgia Dance Theatre, Ms. Swarting danced with L.A. Ballet, Nashville Ballet, The Washington Ballet and Connecticut Dance Theater Company. She has written for L.A. Dance Chronicle as well as for her own platform, The Ballet Writer.
