California Choreography Competition

November 28, 2001

Got the choreography bug? The Bay Area’s Company C Contemporary Ballet is celebrating its 10th anniversary season with a new commission project.

Professional and emerging Bay Area choreographers who work in any style are invited to enter the competition by submitting a DVD of their work and an entry form. Artistic Director Charles Anderson will select three finalists from the DVD submissions, and Company C audiences will vote on the winning choreographer in February 2012. For complete guidelines and information about the competition, visit www.companycballet.org. Submissions are due October 1.
