Join Us for Pointe’s “Tutu” Anniversary Celebration in NYC!

It’s our 22nd anniversary, and we couldn’t be happier that it falls in 2022—the year of the tutu!

On Saturday, June 11, we’re celebrating with a full-day event for all ages, including a morning full of master classes, followed by an afternoon walking tour of NYC’s historic dance landmarks. Then, join us for an early evening celebration at the New York Library for the Performing Arts at Lincoln Center, where we’ll raise a toast to 22 years of ballet at its best!

HISTORIC WALKING TOUR

Note: Due to overwhelming popularity, we have met maximum capacity at this time for the walking tour.

Join us in Midtown Manhattan, starting point to be announced. The walk includes an tour of the beautiful New York City Center theater, including backstage and onstage; a stop at Bloch’s flagship store for a private shopping experience: an exclusive viewing of the collection at the Jerome Robbins’ Dance Division at the New York Public Library for the Performing Arts; and other historic dance landmarks in between.

ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION

Join us as we celebrate 22 years of Pointe! The evening includes live music, light refreshments, and a panel discussion with Miko Fogarty, Sasha De Sola, Boston Ballet second soloist Michaela DePrince, Dance Theatre of Harlem’s Ingrid Silva, American Ballet Theatre’s Tyler Maloney and Complexions Contemporary Ballet’s Tatiana Melendez!
